Canadian White Premier

Back in Canada....Back at it!

275g starter
50g water
50g flour (white)

Dough
5g active yeast
1000g flour (white)
200g flour (Robin Hood Multigrain)
30g honey
45g salt

Baked in a dutch oven for 20min at 500C then reduced to 450C and removed the lid until inner temperature reached 97C.
