275g starter
50g water
50g flour (white)
Dough
5g active yeast
1000g flour (white)
200g flour (Robin Hood Multigrain)
30g honey
45g salt
Baked in a dutch oven for 20min at 500C then reduced to 450C and removed the lid until inner temperature reached 97C.
Fantastic!
